CPD as of 23 March 2023

All individuals who hold a Class 1 Licence, Class 2 Licence or a Certificate of Registration must complete the CPD specified for their licence or certificate category each year.

Class 1 – Licence = 4 hours Interactive session (Face to Face or Zoom is offered)

Class 2 – Licence = 4 hours Interactive session (Face to Face or Zoom is offered)

Assistant Agent = must complete at least 3 units of competency from CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice

Failure to comply with your CPD requirements may result in the suspension or cancellation of your licence or certificate.

Short-term Residential Property Managers topics

• Review of relevant changes to regulations and legislation for Short-term Residential Property Managers
• Importance of Supervision Guidelines
• Privacy, proof of ID, cyber-security, fraud prevention and data collection

 

Assistant Agent 

Must complete at least 3 units of competency from the following Training Package – CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and apply for their Class 2 Licence before their Expiry Date.
